Reinforced Monoblock Insulated Cabin (Reinforced Model)
The UNIMEC FG12Z is a reinforced insulated monoblock prefabricated cabin designed for use in demanding construction site and industrial environments. Its reinforced frame structure and heavy-duty steel construction ensure increased durability, stability, and long service life, even under harsh working conditions.
The cabin frame is made from high-strength galvanized steel tubes, featuring special corner reinforcements and eight support points for safe placement and transportation. The side panels are insulated with a 40 mm polyurethane (PUR) core, providing excellent thermal insulation and protection against moisture and weather conditions.
The cabin design also includes a water drainage and anti-penetration protection system, where rainwater is directed underneath the floor at a distance of approximately 17 cm, preventing moisture from entering the interior.
The FG12Z is an ideal solution for construction sites, industrial facilities, and technical projects where a durable and reliable workspace or storage area is required.

Construction & Technical Features
Frame
Constructed from high-strength galvanized steel tubes assembled together, featuring eight support points for safe placement and transportation. The external corners are reinforced with steel profiles for increased durability.
Roof
Manufactured from insulated panels similar to the side walls, with corrugated galvanized steel sheet and a water drainage system that creates an air chamber and reduces temperature fluctuations.
Floor
Made from 18 mm waterproof wooden panels reinforced with galvanized steel profiles and covered with antistatic linoleum. An insulated floor option is also available.
Side Panels
Constructed from insulated panels with a steel frame and 40 mm polyurethane (PUR) core, featuring an external steel sheet coated with a 0.5 mm coil coating paint system.

The cabin electrical installation is manufactured according to current regulations and may include:
