Cabin Construction & Structure
The FG12B cabin is manufactured using a reinforced steel frame made from galvanized steel tubes, assembled together for maximum strength and stability. The external corners are reinforced with special steel profiles, increasing the structural durability and resistance during transportation and use in demanding construction site conditions.
The external cladding consists of insulated panels with a polyurethane (PUR) core, providing excellent thermal insulation and protection against weather conditions.
Thermal Insulation & Moisture Protection
The side walls and roof of the cabin are made from insulated panels approximately 40 mm thick, featuring a steel structure and high-performance polyurethane foam insulation. This system provides:
- High thermal insulation
- Stable indoor temperature
- Resistance to moisture and weather conditions
- Long service life
The structure also features a dedicated water drainage system, where rainwater is directed into perimeter channels and removed through special drainage openings, preventing moisture penetration inside the cabin.
Cabin Floor
The cabin floor is constructed from 18 mm waterproof wooden panels reinforced with galvanized steel profiles for increased load resistance. The surface is covered with antistatic linoleum, offering:
