The UNIMEC FG12S is an insulated, monoblock sanitary cabin designed to meet hygiene requirements on construction sites, in industrial facilities and at temporary project installations. Built with high-strength insulated panels, it provides comfort, durability and reliable performance even in demanding working environments.
The cabin is available in single or double configurations, allowing the internal equipment layout to be adapted to the needs of each project. Its anodised aluminium door and window provide natural light and effective ventilation, while the robust steel structure allows for easy transport and fast installation.

Construction & Technical Features
Frame
Constructed from galvanised steel tubes, assembled together and fitted with special support legs for stable placement on the ground.
Side Panels
Made of insulated panels with a metal frame and a 40 mm polyurethane (PUR) core. The external sheet metal is finished with a 0.5 mm coil-coated painted surface.
Roof
Constructed from insulated panels of the same specification as the side walls, reinforced with a metal frame and fitted with dedicated lifting points.
Floor
Made of high-strength waterproof wooden panels, reinforced with galvanised steel profiles and finished with antistatic linoleum flooring.
